Ben Davis at Lawrence Central Tuesday

HTSN will be televising the Ben Davis v. Lawrence Central boys basketball game, live at 7:30pm on Tuesday night.  Ben Davis is 11-4 having won 5 of their last 6.  Lawrence Central is 8-3 having won 3 of their last 4.  These two teams are both similar with 2 of their losses to Pike and North Central.  The Sagarin ratings have BD at #4 and LC at #10.  The ELO Indicator with a +3 for the home team has this one really close.  The latest AP has BD at #11 and LC at #7.

The difference might come down the performance of LC's 6-8 forward Jeremy Hollowell, an Indiana recruit who is a finalist for the Mr. Basketball Award.   Ben Davis has a lot of size and is lead this year by future hall of fame coach Mark James (449-234 in 30th year overall), who left Franklin Central.
